That's a medium frame gun. Best to stick to 44 specials in that one. If you want a magnum you should buy one.

I picked up a .44 magnum (model 0813) two days ago. The front sight isn't canted but it does have a couple of flaws. When I took it out of the box three things jump out at me. The finish on the cylinder doesn't match the rest of the gun, it appears duller, the rear sight was adjusted all the way...

I have a 45 acp cylinder and a pair of white grips that came from a Ruger New model flattop, model number 5242. They are in excellent to like new condition. Asking $120.00.

I've done a couple of bull barrel builds and it's real easy to put $700-$800 into one. Now I'd think real hard about the LVT with some trigger work.

Buy a carbine and keep what you have for spares. You'll spend as much or more on a receiver, trigger group, & bolt when you add it all up.

I know that this is an old thread but the word from Accusport is that they have 600 more LVTs coming soon. No doubt that they'll be allocated to high volume dealers. Keep your eyes peeled.

That one requires rear sight removal.

That ejector is the secondary ejector, the primary is part of the magazine. That's the one that counts when you're shooting the gun. I'd install a VQ extractor, get a new factory magazine, and get a new secondary ejector from Brownells (780-010-044WB Ejector Mfr Part: B80). If that doesn't cure...

He was great at copying desiigns and reverse engineering them but a firearms genious? I don't think so.
