Ruger Customer Service ...... FANTASTIC !!

The best customer service Ruger could provide would be to build a product that doesn't need further customer service. They fall well short by that measure.

    15 & 25 shot 10-22 mags

My Charger wouldn't function with the supplied 15 round magazine. I have several 25s that I haven't even tried yet. I am fortunate in that all of the 10s I have ever used have been stone cold reliable.

    Problem with New LCR .22

This scenario plays out often with Ruger. Poor product quality Poor CS over the phone Great repair experience. Ruger should invest the effort in QC that they invest in repair.

    10/22 magazines

I don't touch the release if I don't want to release the magazine. Just like I don't touch the trigger unless I want to shoot.

    Damaged Receiver From Factory?

Get Ruger to send you a shipping label. Send it back. They are good at handling repair work. They have a lot of experience.

    6.5 creedmore

I own a Hawkeye Predator 6.5 Creedmoor. It is much nicer that Savage or RAR Predators in every regard other than accuracy.

    6.5 creedmore

You could buy a Savage heavy barrel AND a Ruger American Predator for that amount and have two rifles that will likely out-shoot it.

    Model 77 Hawkeye - .223 with 16" barrel...need a scope...

That Partition is one tough bullet. The 64 grain Nosler Bonded is too. SPS has them on sale frequently.

When Will Ruger Chamber the 6.5 PRC

With Hornady and Ruger's partnership lately, Hornady's launch of the PRC and the fact that no major manufacturer has picked it up yet, I am wondering when Ruger will chamber the PRC. The Precision rifle seems like the perfect platform, but I see them doing it in a hunting rifle as well. Nobody...

    Ruger No 1 7.62x39??

I have come close to buying that rifle from Whittakers several times. If you want a Number One that's the least painful entry price you'll pay.

    Ugly Number 1

I love a stainless rifle in a laminated stock. I don't like the muzzle brake, but you can remove it and put a cap in its place.

    Why the 6.5 Creedmoor?

The round was designed from the ground up to be accurate. I can't explain the technical details, but I have read about it and understand. Hornady also invested time in developing accurate factory ammo for it. Match grade ammo that you could buy over the counter. It was designed so that heavy...

Looking For Factory Contour 10/22 Magnum Barrel

Folks I have a 10/22 magnum that spent several days underwater following Hurricane Katrina. I salvaged it, but it's not pretty. The stock was toast so I replaced it with a Hogue. The bore looks pretty good and the gun still shoots about like it did when it was new. The outside of the barrel...
