does ruger make a "field repair kit" for the sr 556 / 223 ? if so i havent seen one and also would like to see them make one, i ask ruger customer service if i could order a "bolt" for my sr 556/223 they said they did not sell them separately . :( if this is the case it makes me concerned ...

Im liken mine...the only thing i found that i didn't care for was a squishy safety selector switch (which i swapped out for a kickass ambi switch) all in all no regrets.

just picked up my sr 556 today :) been busting my butt for a couple months to get the money together and my beautiful , lovely and very understanding women went with me to get it today alittle early for christmas. ahh to be a kid all over again :) like i said in my post i probably wont be able...

I'm the proud owner of a brand new in the box SR 556 as of today ! :D (christmas came just a few weeks early) can't wait to get out n shoot this bad boy ! would like opinions on ammo and accessories such as lights, lasers,buttstocks,grips and straps. probably won't even be able to sleep tonite...
