NIB SR 556

I'm the proud owner of a brand new in the box SR 556 as of today ! (christmas came just a few weeks early) can't wait to get out n shoot this bad boy ! would like opinions on ammo and accessories such as lights, lasers,buttstocks,grips and straps. probably won't even be able to sleep tonite :lol:

In this state, lasers and lights disqualify it for hunting (misdemeanor), but are fine for target shooting. You might need a tripod-pintle mount by the time you clamp on all the trendy attachments!

Not familiar with the layout, but does this gun require a special strap (not a sling?)

Here's mine. Haven't had the time to accessorize it yet but did get the Osprey green laser transferred over to it form my 45 Auto. Looking to get a 20rnd Magpul magazine , a Vortex Strikefire red dot scope, and maybe a lesser quality tactical flashlight.
