It'll be for concealed carry...and if she decides to carry on her and not in her purse, she's got some hips, so the GP100 might be a bit large...I hadn't thought about the .357 LCR w/.38...I have a .38 LCR and love it...but it's too much for her...but 4 more oz might make the difference...
I am considering purchasing a revolver for my wife...this will be her first...she has shot many rifles and shot guns but is a bit shy when it comes to handguns...I am thinking about a Ruger SP101...my question is, since I've not shot any of the SP101 options, which has the least recoil...the...
I just checked out that Solo...Wow...I am a Ruger fan...BUT...out of the Ruger, the Kimber, and the Sig...that Ruger is my last choice...and please forgive my last post...it looks like the Kimber may be the lightest of the three...my apologies...
I haven't shot either of 'em...but the Kimber bein' the heavier pistol ought to kick LESS like a mule...I'm lustin' after the Sig P290 myself...I'll be gettin' one soon...
...LCR in 9mm...
...Ruger improved version of a Judge...
...something to compete with the SCAR or ACR...like a modified SR556 with a folding stock and side charging handle (on the left)...
I love this idea and am very glad to see Ruger doin' it...I've wanted a "scout" rifle for many years...polymer mags, an O.D. green synthetic stock, and some Tritium dots on those irons would force me to anger the wife with a purchase...
Yes sir, I am goin' with another piston...I really like the Sig with the exception of the ambidextrious magazine release...I hate that...I feel like they should just make 2 different rifles...a righty and a lefty...Any idea if Ruger is gonna sell uppers?...I've also been salivatin' over the LWRC...
Thinkin' about gettin another AR...Narrowed it down to the Ruger SR556 or the Sig Sauer 516...For those of you who own a Ruger SR556 and either currently own or have owned other AR's...How does the Ruger stack up?...In your opinion(s), what makes the Ruger a better rifle, or what are the things...
No doubt's about that...I personally don't care for the quality Taurus puts out, and I don't think I'm alone on that...which is why Ruger should capitalize on that...if Taurus can have so much success with ideas like the "Judge"...Ruger could make their own version, and it should be a superior...
I like that idea...I would like to see Ruger produce one in .410...or bigger...how 'bout a four shot, break-top, 12 ga...with a finger grooved Hogue Tamer on it...I know a lot of the guys on here don't care for 'em but the Taurus Judge series is as successful as most...I can't understand why...
I can certainly understand wanting a version without all of the Troy stuff...after all, one of the biggest reasons for the popularity of the AR platform is that you can dress 'em how how YOU want one and truely personalize 'em...that being said, I am a big fan of the products from Troy and if...
Ruger currently has 59, that's right, 59 different variations of their single action revolvers...and there wouldn't be anything wrong with 59 more...but there sure ain't nothin' wrong with innovation either...closing your eyes and seein' a single action when you hear "Ruger" is fine...as long as...
Well...I think it was Yosamite Sam who said we don't need more plastic guns with rails....I agree...to a point...I, for one, am very happy the there are brilliant minds out there who were/are not content with the past...I just don't think I'd feel confident protecting myself and my family armed...
