Here's a pic of my RUGER SuperRedhawk .44 7.5" bbl. that I sent to George Roghaar in Boca Raton, FL.
I wanted a 'blackened' stainless version to go with my Marlin 1895 'JM' .45-70 22" bbl. standard rifle with a DRC 'large-loop lever'.
Planned to use Garrett cartridges, etc.

I think you're supposed to hook the dorsal fin under the bottom of the extension on the barrel and then the bullet enters the brain of the shark/fish/creature from behind and blows it all out of the top of the compensator.

Only 2 SRH cylinders can claim 'strongest', that being the .454 Casull and possibly the .480 RUGER.
I'd still vote for the blued 5.5" Redhawk as the 'only one gun' I'd own.

I had an SP-101 snub with the factory grip. It was like holding a brick without a full grip.
Changed it to a HOGUE, and WOW! NICE GUN!
It made all the difference in the world for control...
