Before anyone frags me for thinking such a thought, hear me out.... I'm about to acquire a #1B in .243 that has some stock damage. I already own a 1V in .22-250 & have installed the Hicks unit & improved accuracy by at least 1/2" at 100yds. My 1V definitely had/has some barrel heating up/hand...
