Much wind and snow here for sure. We won't have as much snow as Hawk but it is pretty nasty outside right now. We are supposed to get 4-6" by Monday. Supposed to warm up by mid week, tho.
My Son goes out to Sioux Falls every night , Tuesday thru Sat. , Tomah WI to our Terminal in Sioux Falls which is just on the South side of I90 and west side of 29, 676 mile turn , he played it smart and stayed home last night

Just got out before the expected wind arrives. 10” of very heavy snow, lowest gear was it. Snow plow was able to toss it squarely onto the sidewalk.

As I look out the window I see it has picked up where it left off…

Please send some of that snow to Colorado. Here in the I-25 corridor, we've gotten maybe 2.5" all winter, along with maybe 0.5" of rain. Forecast is mid 80's most of this week.

Have to get my sprinklers going tomorrow. I normally don't turn them on until May. Droughts are much worse than snow.

And makes for fire bans during hunting season. They got rain and lifted the ban the day we started for Colorado. I was there maybe 3-4years ago with a fire ban. It sleeted and snowed the first 3 days I was there, but I couldn’t have a fire. Hearing water in a canteen cup over a Jetboil and eating Mountain House freeze dried meals every day and staying cold for 24 hours at a time takes some of the fun away.

Not quite a blizzard here but weather conditions like a yo yo.
Six days ago we had record high temperature …. Think it was 82.
It’s 15 this morning and hard to tell how much snow we got. Maybe only a couple inches but high winds have it drifted badly.

24 hours ago it was 65 degrees and I took the Harley across town for breakfast.

this fella showed up last night and is trying his darndest to blow things apart..... we registered over 50+ mph winds during the night, and it's supposed to get worse today and tonight... sheezzzz

I was just looking out the window , at first i thought it was still snowing that was making it so hard to see and it is real lite but it's foggy can only see maybe a 1/4 mile, just craze , then i went and looked at the different 511 site, IA still has I35 and I80 closed , MN has the southern part of I35 closed and parts of I90 , WI has reopened I94 but has lots of closures east of here

work should be just loads of fun tomorrow

Here in northern Illinois (Rockford) we have several inches of snow already, and strong winds blowing it everywhere. I'm not sure if I will be able to drive out of my driveway to the street. And one week ago it was in the mid 70's and I was out for the first ride of the season on my motorcycle.
