Mike was a great font of inside information. He had worked in Ruger's engineering department and was later in charge of their customer service department. I have a bazillion emails from him that are quite fascinating, containing much detail that I swore to never repeat. In addition, he was a really swell guy to "talk to". I do miss him. :)
I was trying to remember his forum name just the other day... I remember that he worked for Ruger and was very helpful with some items... he explained why the original PC9 rifle had such a heavy trigger pull and that it was designed that way on purpose.
