I'm trying to find if dad ever had one as part of his 103 subscription.. Does anyone have it. I can't find any record that he ever got it. I have the presentation case for it though

Because Ruger intermingled the 50th Anniversary gun with the rest of the Vaquero style Single-Sixes, Ruger didn't do a subscription gun for that model... They don't start off at a new prefix - 00001.
In fact, the Vaquero style Single-Sixes came out in 1993 with the earliest serial number being 268-00500. They never went back and did 499 frames with earlier "subscription" serial numbers, but remember... there was 10 years of production for that series before the 50th Anniversary gun ever came out.
