I'm on the hunt for factory grips for the Flattop. The stag handles are for a NM and the alignment hole was drilled out a little big so there is some slop. They look great, but I do not want to shoot it with them on...

In the meantime, put some Acra Glas in the alignment holes to set them right (use the realease agent liberally). Then put a want ad in our Classifieds section... you want old model XR-3 panels (this is where I got mine...along with the proper grip frame which was missing).

Another thought for filling holes for locator / alignment pins, use a bit of marine 2 part epoxy paste, knead them well, push it in the holes, set the grips on firmly and remove the grips. The epoxy should stay in the hole and be easily trimmed after it sets.

PS. the epoxy sets as a light grey color.
