The SR9c model 3313 has two mags, a 10 round and a 17 round, while
the model 3316 has two 10 round mags. I assume to be CA and MA compliant. My question is, is there a difference in trigger pull between the
two? Does the MA/CA compliant model have a heavier trigger pull?

Welcome to the forum from the Seattle area.

I would doubt that there is any difference in the two stainless SR9c models that you mention other than the accompanying magazines, necessary for individual state legal compliance. I would assume that the same would also be true for the respective black slide models too.

What gave you the impression that there are other differences, such as trigger pull? :?:

You could always call Ruger and get a definitive answer...

YMMV,

My buddy bought the blackened slide model with the 10 and 17 round magazine, I bought a stainless slide with the two 10 rounders. I detect no difference in trigger pull.

I bought the California model simply because I prefer the ten rounders, the 17round mag with the collar just doesn't feel right to me.

I prefer the ten round mags as well but I thought I read
somewhere that if you buy the gun with the two ten round
mags it has a stronger trigger pull due to the CA/MA state
laws. However, the gun is CA/MA compliant anyway so I suppose
that may have been incorrect information.

My SR9c was the two ten round package, and it definitely does not have a different set of internals than a 10/17 package SR9c.
