Has anyone used a sight pusher to remove the front sight and replace it with any kind of sight pusher. I'm changing some 10/22 sights to fire sights and don't like driving them in and out using a brass punch. Thanks

I read up on the Williams pusher. Some said it would work on the 10/22. Some say it doesn't. Everybody seems to be out of them. They must be good

Before I got my pusher I researched a bit . The 10/22 front sight has a tighter fit than most guns . There is a bump on the bottom of the sight making it difficult to remove with hammer and punch. Now , There were guys sawing down thru the front sight to "weaken " it , then driving it out . Just not worth marking up the barrel or bending it to me , so I figure I may use the tool again ...👍

If you can't find the Williams in stock, you might google the Wyoming Sight Pusher. Every review I've seen has been very positive.

I have a 10/22 that I bought a Williams receiver sight for.
As a previous poster mentioned, that front sight was one TIGHT Bugga!
I am so happy I bought one of their sight pusher tools.
Awesome sight, awesome tool!😊
