In the sale of an OM with a correct box Is there any premium for the sale if the box is factory numbered to the gun? And the follow on is does a "D" OM in it's factory numbered box change the price? Just asking about the OMs and boxes. No other paperwork included.

It certainly matters to some "serious" collectors. Every little bit of ephemera contributes to the "value" of a complete package . . . particularly if it documents an oddity of some sort. :mrgreen:

well stated above......

and even then it is still a matter of the actual value of a "rare" box, in addition to any gun...folks figure if you bothered to save, and care for the box, you probably cared for the gun........ 8) :roll:

The flip side is "character"......."and so it goes...." RIP Wil Terry :wink:
