How many hands are required to remove/install an extractor on the Mark I bolt?? What is the best way to do it without loosing small parts?

Actually it's not a very hard job. One little trick I learned a long time ago was if I was unsure about spring tensions, & small parts; Do any disassembly inside a clear plastic bag, (ziploc) to help control the potential loss of small parts.
Now, to disassemble it;
With a small sharp screwdriver, (or similar tool,) depress the extractor spring plunger & remove the extractor from it's recess. USE CAUTION and release the spring tension slowly. Remove the plunger & spring from the bolt towards the face of the bolt. All this can be done inside a larger clear plastic bag.
