an old model bearcat brass colored trigger guard wouldn't fit on a new model bearcat....?

I'd love to have the old model look, but have a new model....

Thanks in advance for the help....

They were "fitted" to the cylinder/grip frames then the trigger guards were sent out for the gold anodizing. Each trigger guard was marked with the gun's serial number prior to shipping to the anodizer.

So, perhaps you might get lucky and find one that fits....

Put one on a stainless model just to check one day. Front to back fit was decent. Sides needed work, which would remove finish.

Not sure what advantage the new model would have over the old model, unless you wanted stainless. I guess if you wanted the transfer bar systems, but you could probably find an old model that's been converted.

Me neither. In fact if I wanted a stainless, I'd remove the transfer bar, install OM internals, and just polish out the hammer and trigger.
