I have a few VZ's, but just bought a couple Lok's. Worth checking out.

I have Larry Davidson's Horned Lizards on alla mine. I don't think he's making them anymore.

the LOK prices are better. I like the looks of them. Is quality comparable to VZ?

I'd say they're slightly less "polished'. I don't mean that too literally. VZ's come with a nice logo engraved in the back, in plastic packaging with a pretty cardboard insert. The Lok's have a simple name cut in them and show up in a padded envelope with a little bubble wrap around them.

I can't speak to any other of their designs, I've only bought Bogies. One set for my CZ Shadow, a set for a 1911 that I sold without using (because I bought them before I bought the gun I wanted them for, at the last minute got an ambi safety) and the set that replaced those. All blue/black, all bogies. They're very rough by design so "finish" is harder to judge. I have similar "golf ball" design grips from VZ and Simonich and I can't say the Lok's are any better or worse.

Bad lighting...
