Just found this on GB:

He's showing a Ruger Collector's Association Certificate showing 1 of 100.
I have a "D" SP101 that is very close in ser. no. to this gun but with no paperwork.
Does anyone know if a list of the 100 ser. numbers exists? If so, can it be published?

The "D" guns are known from D570-04327 to D570-04563 so it wouldn't be surprising if there are well over 250 "D" guns in that run.
Unfortunately, Ruger's the "D" guns were never scanned to Ruger's serial number lookup page. Worth noting is also that some of these "D" guns have the early green inserts.

…. And one of fewer than 100 available to RCA members …..
Only guesses about how many there really are but Chet15 is usually pretty accurate.

"D" double actions don't seem to bring a big premium. I'm sure there's some premium for whacky guys like me though.
