Collecting SR1911, part 2: Manuals

I have found examples of several revisions of the SR1911 manual.

4/11c, 5/12c R4, and 9/12c R5 with just the full size SR1911 (model 6700), on the cover.

Two manuals with the full size (model 6700) and the Light Weight 'Commander' (model 6711) on the cover:

2/15c R9, and 12/15 R10.

In addition, I've found an insert for the 'Commander -Style' labeled 'SR1911-CMD 12/12' showing the all steel 'Commander' (Model 6702) on the front.

and an insert for the 9mm labeled 'SR1911 9MM 6/16'.

I believe the inserts to be 'rare' as they were used temporarily.
