Will a Ford F-series pickup haul two 300 pound people? Of course.

Will a Ford Festiva haul two 300 pound people? Not comfortably.

Which will still be operational after 25,000 miles of hauling those lardos?

The P-series pistols were built to take the punishment of hot ammo. The SR9 was designed as a light, compact 9mm. Both will fire the +P+ ammo, but I doubt the SR9 will hold up to much of it.

Well you wouldn't be hauling too many rounds of Buffalo Bore +9+ with the price per box, but as long as it can handle a magazine full as your SD carry.

I think it was Boug Quinn from Gunblast (spelling) posted he's shot thousands of them thru an SR9 with no issues. Others report no issues as well. Personally I ran just enough to know it would (30 rounds), and have them on hand if I ever "feel the need" to carry them.

As others have mentioned, the SR9 should handle +p+ ammo just fine.

I think that the caution about not shooting too many of them is a little unnecessary.

Because really, How many $1.25 cartridges do you plan to shoot?

Them things are expensive!
