Hey guys I have used berger bullets in the past in my m77 mk II chambered in 220 swift and a while ago I loaded a batch that had pressure so high the bullet disintegrated at about 50 yds. I thiught I had messed up my powder scale and measure and decided to pull some bullets and check the powder. When I tried to pull the bergers out they were so tight I ruined most of the slugs I pulled. Also I could only pull half of them. The rest wouldn't budge with a collet puller. Onthe ones I did pull they had lots of brass on them . It looked like the case neck and bullet were fusing. Has this happened to any of you. I called berger and they were at a loss. It only happens with bergers. I loaded some hornadys and have had no problems. Moly coated bergers did good but they don't make them anymore. What are your thoughts on why this happens? I was using polish in my media but never had a problem till that one batch. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you
