Anti-seize, Gear Lube, what do you use or not use...??

When R&R a single action barrel what do you use or not use on the threads??

I consider myself a good kitchen table gunsmith when it comes to, fitting grip frames, grips, cleaning up actions, modifying, building small custom parts ect.

I have a OM Single Six 9.5" build that I have been scrounging parts for over several years and now getting ready to put it all together.
Usually I have the Barrel R&R performed by a Gunsmith but this one is so close to fitting perfect (screwed in I think it going to end up 3-4 thousands) I'm thinking of doing it myself.

I use never seize compound when I do it.I wipe it on with my finger and wipe most of it back off,hand tighten and back it off and re install until hand tight before installing in barrel vice for final torque.
