According to the guys on FB Starline has it (had it) a week or two ago. I think they do an annual run.
I find this kind of funny. About 4 years ago I bought some off Starline's clearance shelf for $20 a 100. Then six months later it's on the shelf at regular price. I haven't really looked but wonder if that is a regular cycle.
