Do a search in the "find a retailer" for your location and call them.

I wanted one of those models for a long time. I called all the retailers in Southern Colorado listed for Williams Shooters Supply. Not one of them called me back. One morning I found one with a 45 ACP cylinder as well a 45 Colt cylinder in the classified section of this forum. I jumped on it. It was listed as used, but upon close inspection it sure didn't look it. The date on the casing envelope was 2007. It quickly became one of my favorites. I reamed both cylinders to .4525 and it shoots very well. Good luck.

I have a convertible with a fired case date of 8/2006 which is a model 472. Not sure when the 45 Colt only models were made.

I haven't seen any .45's or .45 convertibles lately, but did just run into a couple .41's over the last 2-3 Des Moines shows, and these were new production.

I have both ,,, I'm sitting here asking myself if I had to part with one .....
It would be the 45/45acp.

I have shot the 41 more, carry it deer hunting. (not that I couldn't carry the 45)
I bought the 41 first, so we have more history. I have added a Bowen rear sight, custom front sight blade, BM#5BP, Black Micarta, action job, so I have tricked it out a bit.
The 45/45acp, still mostly stock.

I have a Hunter 45, Birdshead 45/45acp, Old Model 45, 625,,,,

OM 41, 657

I don't know if that helps any but don't discount the 45/45acp, the 45acp's are a pleasure to shoot in that gun.
