Every dealer I know can get one if you want it. Most will order and you can still refuse it if not satisfied. How long that policy will last is another story.

Check out online sources & have it shipped to your FFL for transfer. The best part is no tax!

Neither Mini-14's or Mini-30's are no longer cataloged. It is my understanding they will no longer be manufactured.

The Mini will be around for a long, long time.

Would be a long trip (5 hours) from Mobile but Larry's Pistol and Pawn in Huntsville AL has about 30 new ones in stock. They are a full line Ruger dealer. (256) 534-1000

I suppose it depends on your local gun dealer... but I know a number of years ago I decided to drop by one of mine and while there decided I wanted a PC9 of which they had none and had no plans to order any.... I had the rifle in two days.

Just the demand from the ban states will keep Mini's being made long into the future.

I don't know... you never can tell what the corp. big whigs are going to decide is best for the stock holders. I still can't believe they quit making the P95 decock model. Now that I think about it I bet they stopped so that it would not compete with the SR pistols..... maybe I'll submit this theory over in the semi-auto handgun section.

Back on track... from what I've heard and read the new Mini-30s are top of the line and accurate.

Wow!! I posted in the forum today, and asked why there weren't any for sale as I've got to sell a gun an my mini 30 is the least used gun I have. there was one on GB but no serious bids.

They're out there. Good rifles especially now that hi-cap factory mags are available.
