Greetings,

Search function is not working - so I'll throw this out.

I have a faint memory of there being an adjustable replacement sight available for these, but can not find my notes due to a hard drive melt down.

Does anyone recall such a conversion sight?

Thanks....

Yep,, There was a few companies that made them. However,, not enough sold to keep them in business of making them. I have a set somewhere in my stuff I'd sell. I just have to find them again. I had them out once before & the potential buyer backed out. I can look if you wish.

You know, I've been shooting SR STANDARD 22 pistols since 1962. There was not a single one of the dozen or so I did not sight in with a SLIGHT tap of a gunsmithing mallet.
NOTE THIS : There are no sights better than fixed sights IF THEY'RE FIXED IN THE RIGHT PLACE !!!
Easy peasy.
And so it goes...

MMC (Miniature Machine Co.) made them at one time, but I think they're long out of business. I have one of their tiny adjustable sights on a Walther PP.

That was the one I was thinking of.

This new company has the same company name as the old, but I don't believe that they are the same as the versions that you are referring to. Better do some due diligence on this new company before you buy though as I know NOTHING about them or their product.

You sir, are absolutely correct. The sight depicted below is NOT an MMC sight, and it works marvelously with the factory front sight.

There is another(newer) company still going under the name of MMC----that was the one that I was referencing at to do "Due Diligence" on. The sights that I provided the links for above and the sight appearing in your picture is a LPA sight and not a MMC sight. Yes indeed, LPA are very good sights too-----LUCKILY, I CAUGHT MINE ON SALE/CLEARANCE(AT THAT)! 8)
