New Ruger Redhawk

Picked up my new Ruger Redhawk model 5027, SS, 45 Colt only revolver. One massive revolver. Hope to try it out today if weather cooperates.

We expect range reports!

I bought one when they first appeared, and it is a big boy. When the 45 Colt/45 ACP version came out, I had mine modified to take the 1917 style moon clips. Now I can shoot 45 Colt, 45 Schofield, 45 Special and with the moon clips, 45 ACP, 45 Glock, and 45 WinMag. I added a set of Hogue checkered grips and a Galco holster to complete the package. Bob!! :mrgreen:
