Production numbers aren't released by Ruger,,! We can only guess about such guns unless we have something specific to go on,, such as a Distributor who orders something unusual. According to my quick checking of the RENE Guide,,, nothing was noted EXCEPT a FEW with an arrow stamp on the frame, at the bottom, in front of the trigger guard.

Since it was the highest production, probably thru out the serial # range:
Bisley 32s were introduced in 1986 and last shipped in 2007.
If you have a serial # for one, I can look up the year it was produced.
