P Series in yellow cardboard . . .

So I bought a P90DC that had the incorrect black case and was trying to figure out what years the cadboard box was used? I found a box and papers for sale and was told it was from a p series DC model. I like to keep my pistols as correct as possible with the accessories etc.

Sorry I can't help you with your question but I have two P90DC's and both came in black plastic boxes. Not sure if mine are correct or not but one of them was purchased new from my LGS.

Single mag or double mag box?

We've learned to never say never with Ruger. There's been several discussions here about the boxes of P series (and other) guns. Grey plastic, black plastic, green plastic, cardboard, etc ........

My P90 from the first year of production came with a black box with only one mag section.
