Why seal the buttplate on the tupperware stock?

This is kinda new to me, so if my suggestion is left field, please just shrug it off as coming from someone who does not know what he is doing! I have talked to a couple of folks who have filled their center fire, hollow plastic stocks with Great Stuff (yes, the spray foam draft sealant). They...

    1965 Super SS mag cylinder?

A magnum round will not go into a LR chamber, but a LR round will drop into a magnum chamber, it just won't seem like it fits right, cause it does not.

    SP101 or LCR in 22LR?

I would pick the 351 due to it's larger capacity. Granted, the 22 mag ammo is a little harder to find, but then, it is not going to be a high volume range gun. Yes, ammo may be a little more expensive, but it is still cheaper than 38 sp. The 3 brands I mentioned will provide improved performance...

    SP101 or LCR in 22LR?

Have you considered the LCR in .22 magnum? Hornady, Speer and Winchester all load .22 mag ammo designed specifically for 2" barrels. Their loads have less muzzle flash than other .22 mag ammo designed for 20" rifle barrels, and may generate more velocity in short barreled handguns. Just about...

    SP101 or LCR in 22LR?

Apples and oranges, in my mind anyway. The LCR is a concealed carry format, not necessarily intended for great range accuracy. The SP101 is more of a trail gun, more weight, longer barrel and better sights. For range/plinking use, I would suggest a Mark III. Magazines are easy to lad and swap...

    Rare 10-22 tactical stock?

How does he know it is only 1 of 200? For him to decree it to be so rare, he seems to know very little about it.

MOBLE 5W30 OIL TO LUBE YOUR 10/22 TAKEDOWN RIFLE

I use Dexron II in my personal guns and in my store for the past 6 years. I am very content with it. This is why I use it: http://www.grantcunningham.com/lubricants101.html Before you dismiss the thought, I suggest you read what Mr. Cunningham had to say, and see what others have had to say...

    Review: Cheap 1911 Compact

I have sold the American Classic and the American Tactical. The American Classic generally had a nicer appearing finish, and is easier to sell. For lack of a more accurate description, I refer to it as "blued". I have also had the High Standard Crusader. All of them sell very well, and the feed...

    Ruger tube feed .22 rifle

Yes, there was a "tube" fed .44 mag. The man I spoke with described his "Ruger" as having a tube where you pull the "thing" up and load the .22 ammo into it. I would not mind having one of the older 44 mag carbines, preferably an International stocked variety.

    Ruger tube feed .22 rifle

Thanks guys. I was 99% sure it did not exist, but I have missed stuff before.

    Ruger tube feed .22 rifle

I guess it does read/sound like a knock on the Marlin. Not my intention. I believe the Ruger would be worth more money. Please note, I do still have my Marlin M1 .22. I must have been around 14, but I do not recall for sure. I am now 56, so I have had it a long time, and it is not leaving...

    Ruger tube feed .22 rifle

Yeah, Marlin did make one. When my 2 cousins got the Rugers, I got the Marlin 'cause it looked so much like an M1 carbine. Foolish me. BTW, I still have the Marlin.
