    Vaquero Convertible - 38-40 / 40 S&W

I have a lightly used Old Vaquero convertible in 38-40 / 40 S&W. It was made in 2002. It has wood grips and stainless finish original box and papers. I have included a set of modern Lee dies. An old Lee hand-loader comes with it too. I will email pictures if requested. The price is a...

Nice revolver. Maybe my convertible 38-40 / 40 S&W appreciated more than I thought. Glupy Dave

    New 327 Magnum.

That is pretty interesting. I thought about buying a single action 327 but resisted forcing myself into the buy bullets - buy brass - buy dies cycle. I have an older SP101 and it is flawless. I just checked my usual sources for reloading suppies. I found dies but no brass. Not good...

I saw one at the Boise gun show last weekend. It is both good looking and light. The asking price was $779. Glupy Dave

    Vaquero 38/40 .40 S&W convertible value

I am glad too. I tried to sell one on this forum a few years ago and no one would even make an offer. Now I am glad I kept it. For some fun, I loaded some cartridges with black powder (substitute) and pretended in was 1873 again. Cool. Glupy

    Ruger Blackhawk 357/9mm Convertible

I agree. I have an older 4 5/8 model. The wood grips are great. Glupy

    I saw my first 32-20 / 32 H&R Blackhawk

I read past discussions but this was the first one I've seen in the wild. A Boise area store has one listed for $995 with both cylinders, box and paperwork. It looked to be used but not very much. It had the 6.5 inch barrel. I didn't handle it; fearing that the drool might damage the finish...

CDNN Investments has a lot of aftermaket stuff. http://www.cdnnsports.com/gun-parts.html?brand=2118&cat=33 Ruger made 1.2 million of the Six series so you won't have trouble finding replacements. I regularly see them at gun shows. Glupy Dave.
