Picked up a new SP101 in 9mm. I notice that when I push the ejector rod all the way in there is a 'snap' or resistance and the road stays out - requiring a push at the star end to get it to spring back. I lubed the revolver, including the rod area, and it now springs back - but only just...

Thanks for the input guys. I generally like Galco products - and the DAO can be had for $70 shipped from Midway right now. I am just unsure if I would like the snap in the position they have it - the Bianchi is thumb operated as you draw - one motion, but the Galco looks like it would taek two...

Have a 5.5" Redhawk and would like a holster for cross-draw woods carry. My ideal holster is the Bianchi 111 Cyclone, but they don't make one for the 5.5". Does anyone know of a similar holster from another manufacturer ? thanks

I just measured the sight I have and it is 0.020" high. By my calcs putting this on a 38 LCR will result in point of impact being 5" above point of aim at 15 yards. Possibly acceptable for a close quarters protection gun. Better to impact high than low.
