How difficult are these to find? I looked on the net in order to put a current value on mine. New unfired, recall done. Put some elk antler inserts in grip. It sure does spiff this pistol up. Seems like a handy piece to have I sure like the fit and feel.

I had to get a lengthened firing pin to reliably fire steel cased ammo in my mini 30. Was surprised because I thought the SKS worked with all types of ammo . Seems to work ok. I had an SKS that performed similarly. Never could get the SKS to work reliably.

Price check please. I have one that has become a safe queen. About98%+. Am reluctant to sell it but am curious as to what you all think it might bring.

I see where Ranch Products offers full moon clips for the Ruger. Do they fit or, are they too thick? I seem to recall that someone said they are too thick to function in the Ruger.

I want a leather holster for my Ruger Redhawk 44, 5.5" bbl. I have found numerous ones for 7.5" bbl and 4" bbl but none for the 5.5 in the quality I desire. Any suggestions??

I am looking at a stainless mini thirty for purchase. I read accuracy is all over the place on these rifles. I know there are issues with the blued steel model. What about stainless. Have accuracy issues been resolved?

Just confirming 45 mag can be used. I must have about 10 or so boxes. (that's probably a lifetime supply for me. Got old too soon) I like the round and deer hunt amongst Corriente cattle. Never had a problem with them but like the comfort of the revolver.

I have a Ruger Redhawk 45/45acp. I read a John Taffin article that it is safe to shoot 45 mags in this revolver. I tried it and I get similar results from the 45 LC and the 45 mag. I understand that Ruger did not specify 45 mag for use in this revolver but if the cylinder is the same one used...

Unless you need the money, do not be in a hurry to sell. It will probably appreciate in value and you may also decide that it is a handy piece to hang on to.

Mine shoots 45 Win Mag groups smaller than 45ACP. It did not like S&B 45 FMJ. Shot GI Ball reloads in smaller groups. Had to replace rear sight because it would not adjust. Have not had a chance to try it since. I have some match 45 and hollow points I want to try but I want to shoot Win...

I suspect that stag grips with medallions are not easy to find. I'd buy it. It may be overpriced in some one's opinion but it is right there available. How long will it take you to find one in this condition. I think unconverted 3 screws are very desirable. I have two not that bbl length...
