    Cicada hell

Same here. ‘74 was 24/7 loud buzzing (of course, we had no a/c so we had to keep our windows open.). Then 6-7 weeks later, after finally getting used to the sound, I woke one morning to a deafening SILENCE. They died overnight, except for a very few stragglers.

Lever action Rifle .44 mag or 45-70?

I got my Henry 44 mainly because it mated so well with my SBH.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. My wife had it done on both hands- two months apart. She is very happy with the new, improved wrists.

Bump, just in case. I need one that I can mount an IR scope on for use on backyard coyotes and armadillos and weasels.

I need to get a riding mower

I just did a search on the Command Pro, and see very few issues. The Courage was designed badly, but the Command Pro seems to be dependable.

I need to get a riding mower

Kohler used to be premiere, to me at least, until 10-15 years ago. Kohler "Courage" series that was used by some manufacturers in their mowers has what is currently the worst reputation in small engines. They have an extremely high failure rate. B&S engines had several issues a few years back...
