What age range would these be for?

Bow is listed at ages 7 to 12. Due to their length (26 inches) the arrows will fit someone with a draw length of 25 inches so about 5'3" tall. All data is approximate and will vary according actual size and dimension of an individual. If I made any errors in my estimates please correct me.
