WTS- Old Model 45 Convertible-sold

Hello all, I have an old model 45 convertible blackhawk for sale. Gun is in excellent condition, and will letter as a convertible. There is a little bit of blueing loss at the muzzle, but otherwise this gun is great. It comes with the spare cylinder that is numbered to the gun. The cylinder box and red bag are in great condition also. I would be happy to take more pics of the gun or box if anybody would like. I would prefer a USPS money order as payment. Please make sure your FFL will accept a gun from a private citizen.

This gun is for sale again because I made a mistake.

I never took the gun apart when I bought it, so I never saw that somebody had enscribed their name inside of the cylinder frame. I noticed it as I was preparing to ship the gun, I called the buyer and he graciously declined the gun. He is looking for a collector quality gun and this one is not it. Again Tim, I am truly sorry about this and I wish you the best in finding the gun you are looking for. I have never made a mistake like this, but I am glad we caught it before we wasted a bunch of money on shipping!

So this gun is for sale again with a lower price. It is still a very nice gun, it just does not have the collector value that it did this morning!

I have been asked by several people for some pics of the inscription. There is a name and a number. The engraving is not very deep and it looks as though somebody tried to scratch it out later. It is very difficult to see the engraving with the cylinder in, I never saw it until I knew it was there and looked hard for it.

I would be interested in some trades. I am looking for a Springfield XDm 9mm, and a Beretta 92/M9. Thanks for looking, Mike.
