Bushog
Single-Sixer
Hate to let this one go but the Big Bore bug has me right now, I've shot about 50 rounds through each cylinder and it remains in mint condition. Price is $2050 with the original black grips or $2250 with the CLC sheep horn grips shown shipped to your FFL in the CONUS from a non-FFL holder.
This is how BCA described the gun...Exactly.
New Model Ruger Flat Top .32-20/.327: Built on a .50th Ann. .357 Flat Top, this gun includes the caliber conversion modifications under cat. no. RS06 Cylinder and Barrel Conversion. In addition, the gun is fitted with an unfluted auxiliary cylinder in the new .327 Fed. Mag. The barrel is 5 1/2 in. long for all-around use and is fitted with our house custom front sight with a field-friendly serrated ramp blade. The original Flat Top factory rear sight is retained to preserve the flavor. The gun is tuned and sighted and the black powder cylinder chamfer applied to the fluted .32-20 cylinder. Coupled with the steel XR3 Colt-style grip frame, first-class hard rubber grips and steel ejector housing, the color cased receiver, gate and hammer all add up to an especially handsome and traditional appearance. In the coming weeks, we'll be posting photos and additional information on this and other .327 at the 'Projects' section at the May 2008 entry. Though completed, delivery date on this gun is a bit uncertain since it is due to spend some time with John Taffin for review in a magazine article on .327s. Probably one or two other bits of coverage likely so we probably won't have the gun available until around year's end. Rare opportunity to purchase a gun with a bit of a provenance. Price is WAS $2295.
This gun was featured in the American Handgunner May/June 2009 as well as the American Handgunner 2009 Annual. Copies of these magazines will be included in the sale. See pics below. It is also still featured on BCAs website for .327 conversions. Pic below.
All Paperwork from BCA including the invoice will be included.
