Is the 1st SS stamped a .22 mag only, or does it just only come with the .22 Mag cylinder?
Has there been any alteration to the front sight on the S&W? Can't tell from the pic.

The OM serial number dates it at 1962, and it has 22 mag stamped on the receiver housing. The NM has 22 mag stamped on cylinder only.
