First of all, I'm in CA. If you can't or won't ship here, please move on.
I'm looking for two specific guns:
1) a shooter Colt New Service DA revolver in any caliber but .38 Spl. Can be a parts gun as long as it has all Colt parts and isn't butchered (no 1 1/2" barrels, bobbed hammers, cut trigger guards, holes/dovetails in the topstrap, etc.). Not looking for a fine collectors item.
2) a Savage/Valmet Model 2400 (NOT 24) combination gun in either rifle caliber. Consider any in functional shape with decent bores.
Have for partial trade (ONLY for these two guns, not for sale) in case you can do a part-trade, part-cash deal:
Ruger GP-100 .357 blue 6" half-lug barrel w/new Bianchi leather holster.
Ruger GP-100 .38 Spl. stainless 4" half-lug barrel w/fixed sights.
Italian Ordnance "Bodeo" Revolver 10.4mm Model of 1889, made in 1926.
Winchester Low Wall 1885 .25-20 WCF "Frankenchester," a parts gun made on a 3rd Model US-marked Winder Musket action. Good shooter, looks good, made with Winchester parts, 28" round relined Winder barrel.
Ithaca Model 37R solid rib 20 guage pump shotgun made in 1940 with added Polychoke. Exc. cond, a very nice little pump.
