WTB Ruger Mini-14

I'm looking for a Ruger Mini-14 GB model with folding stock.
First choice would be Stainless new in the box, but will consider all rifles in nice shape. I'm not afraid to pay more for one in flawless condition.

Very odd.
People are shuttered up, not buying much or trading much.

I moved to the lovely state of Alaska back in March of this year. I absolutely love all of the hunting and fishing.

A local dealer has a used one in blue ... BUT .... I asked location because he won't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or California.

Just thought (especially if you were local to me) maybe I could put you two together.

Do you know the reason why he will not ship to Alaska, I would pay all of the costs.

His Mini14 has the adjustable butt stock and I think it was a trade-in from a state prison. Can't remember anything else about it though.
