WTB REDHAWK .41

Louis I think only barrel length available 6 inch or over is 7.5 inch, unless you’d settle for 5.5 inch.

One sold last week on Gun Broker for $1030.00 plus shipping.

Good luck with your search.

You are correct Hittman, I thought someone might have a custom or something. Some states used to require at least 6" barrel to hunt. I'll be hunting with it some.

Thanks and God Bless, Louis

If there is a legal reason to require 6"... ok, you do what you have to do. Otherwise, don't overlook the 5.5" version. I have a SS 5.5" in .41 Magnum that is one of the nicest revolvers I own. Putting an extra half inch on the barrel wouldn't make it any better! And changing it to a 7.5" would totally change the feel. Make it more of a tree stand gun rather than a holster gun.

NC used to require a 6" barrel length on all handguns to be used for hunting. I just looked and now there is no restriction on barrel length. I didn't see any restriction on barrel length for Va which I also hunt. WOW so I have never owned a hunting handgun with less than 6" barrel but now I guess I could.

God Bless, Louis

Hunting with revolver, barrel length plus cylinder length equal 6inches or more is legal in WI. Maybe the standard equation?

Since "standard notation" for revolver barrel length is for the barrel only, I'd certainly be real sure of the laws of any state in which it would be used. JMHO
