WTB: PC4 Carbine

I would like to buy a 40 S&W carbine for some "Family Time" at the range. My kids will be getting my two 10/22s. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

A nice gentleman and original owner in Nebraska has decided to part with his 40Carbine. Barring any unforeseen issues, I should be taking delivery very soon.
