I got my Dad a standard grip Super Blackhawk Hunter in .45 Colt recently. We took it and several others out for a chrono session, and I was surprised how comfortably it handled some of my loads. We had a Bisley hunter in .44 Mag there, and the standard grip .45 was much more pleasant to hold for me, but, we were comparing apples to oranges as far as loads go. I'd like to get ahold of a Bisley Hunter and try it right alongside the standard grip with the same loads just to compare. I've had several of each of these, but never thought to do this until now :roll: Holler with a PM if you've got one to part with
