WTB: New Model Blackhawk--Frame Only [COMPLETED]

Looking for a New Model BH frame (carbon steel not stainess).

Frame is for a project build so condition of bluing is irrelevent.

And if you know of any leads on such a frame I would be grateful for any leads.
