I do a lot of leather-working as a hobby. Mostly SA holsters, gunbelts, etc but I've done straps. Do you already have the leather in question? I know where to get it if you don't. As an alternative, I have some nice elephant and shell cordovan strap material around. For a fellow forum member, I'll do you right on the price. PM me and I can show you some of my work and get your requirements.
