WTB GP100 grip hardware

I have a GP100 (full size .357) that has the one piece rubber type grip. I purchased a set of grips with the wood inserts but they did not come with the aluminum dowl or the little pin to hold the spring compressed. May be available from Ruger, I haven't checked yet. If anybody has extras I would be intrested in purchasing them. Thank You.

Ruger does have them but I got mine from Midway.
pin #173258, dowel #482069 @ $2.49 ea. You need other stuff on the order though or there is that handling fee. I looked and the only extra I have is a press in dowel for the clamshell grips.

Thanks tellico, I just ordered the dowl from Midway, the pin is backordered so I think I'll just make one if no one here come up with one in a couple days. By the way, it was easy to order enought to waive the $3.00 handling charge.

Yep that is my problem there too! Never did have to pay it but would have been cheaper. :lol: A cut off finish nail with the ends rounded a bit is hard to tell from the real take down pin.

I have one in My SRH and could use just about anything. I just would kind of like to have it complete as original. Not really important, the main thing I need is the dowl and it's ordered.
