WTB: Gold Label case

Rare item, but I'm going to give this a shot:

I'm looking for one of the hard canvas luggage cases that were offered for the Gold Label side-by-side shotgun some time ago. Doesn't have to be brand-spanking-new. The factory case was green, I believe.

Also interested in the brown leather handguard (stamped Ruger) that was offered to help deal with hot barrels.
