WTB: A set of dies, preferably carbide, for the 38 Colt Short. (Not 38 S&W) Thanks.

How do you crimp the bullet in the case with the much shorter brass case?

If you have a 9 mm crimp die use it. Lee is the only company that I know of that's makes a set. I have that set they work okay but I started using the 9 mm crimp and it works better.

I've heard of using the 9mm crimp die, however, I also load 9mm and hate to change the settings, but may have to use this method. Thanks for the info.

Just buy another 9 mm crimp die they are fairly cheap at least cheaper that the die set.

As mentioned, Lee makes a die set that covers .38 Short & Long Cold,they are reasonably prices too.
