WTB/ 10/22 scope base

Looking to buy an old style 10/22 3/8" scope base and screws, not with the Weaver ring mount cuts.
Would like a new one in black with un-touched screw heads. Thanks much.

I have this Leupold mount with rings that I took off my 10/22, unfortunately I don't have mounting screws.

I'm after the basic grooved mount and screws that Ruger packed with the rifles, so that a vintage 3/4" Redfield 4X can be used.
