I have been watching the Peregrine falcons raise their young each year, for the last three. Amazing birds. This is on the 33 floor of a building in Baltimore.

Commerce Bank Tower in KCMO had them nesting on the 16th floor ledges. I was building environmental mgr. My favorite thing was to eat my lunch up on the roof and watch peregrines dive bomb pigeons at the rooftop cupola on the old New York Life building. Explosions of pigeon feathers when they get hit. I have see a pigeon flying north at a fast speed, get grabbed by a southbound and downward attack angle peregrine and literally snatched him bald, peeled him right out of his feathers

My Neighbor had one that he trained. Yep amazing to watch. He trained a Red Tail Hawk before the Feds would let him train the Peregrine.
I spooked a dove out of the bushes while walking around the house. BAM a Falco came out of a close tree and nailed it about 10' in front of me WOW. Happen in a second.
